dcgpac.co.uk is an inquiry-based website. You can directly submit an enquiry or request a quote for any product without logging in.

3. How do I place an order with DCGpac UK?
You can place orders through our support team after sending an enquiry.
  1. Select a product and click “Enquire Now / Request Quote”
  2. Submit your contact details
  3. Our team will share pricing, MOQ and delivery details
  4. Once confirmed, our team will process your order.
4. Can I order by phone?

Yes. You can call our support team to place an order or request a quote.

5. Will I be charged VAT?

As per UK government laws, we are required to collect VAT on orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

6. How will I know if an order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive the confirmation email and text message from DCGpac. This email will have all the details related to your order.

7. What are my payment options?

You can pay using below mentioned methods:-

  2. Credit (Only for selected or eligible customers)

8. In what currency do I pay?
All prices listed on our website www.dcgpac.co.uk are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) only. For the convenience of our international customers, we are offering checkout options in GBP and USD.
9. Will I receive a shipment confirmation?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your consignment number.
10. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivering time depends upon the distance from our centralized warehouse to your delivery address.
11. Payment deducted but order not successful
Please check your bank account or credit card account, if your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally credited to you by your bank within 7 business days. If not then please check with your bank for more details. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 3 business days of your request. Though the refund received date may vary depending upon your mode of payment.

13. Are there any hidden charges when I shop on DCGpac?
There are NO hidden charges when you shop on DCGpac. The price you see on the Checkout page is final and it's exactly what you pay.

15. Do you save credit card/debit card details on DCGpac?
No. We do not save any card details on our website.
16. Why are faster delivery options not available at my location?
Faster delivery options may not be available at your location due to courier-related reasons but we’re trying to expand our services to include more places. Stay tuned for updates!
17. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed the order?
Unfortunately No. But you can place another order.
